The trade show floor will feature events (such as the Icebreaker reception, silent auction and a member’s forest art centre) to draw delegates into the area and facilitate networking and discussion between exhibitors and delegates. The trade show will be in a spacious and professional area with room for 30 booths.

In addition to receiving recognition from and exposure to your stakeholders, your name, company description and logo will be advertised on the forestry conference website and during Everything to Everyone: The Art of Forestry.

Booth Pricing
All booth are priced at $800 plus HST and are 8ft x 10ft. Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis upon receipt of exhibitor application and payment.

8ft x 10ft Exhibitor booth (no meals, no sessions):
$800.00 + 12% HST = $896.00

Note: Meals and admittance to sessions are not included with your tradeshow booth registration. If you would like to purchase meals or attend sessions while at Everything to Everyone, please visit the Registration page of this website to register for your applicable package(s).

Cancellation Terms
If registration is cancelled prior to December 20, 2011, payment will be refunded minus a $25.00 administration fee.

If cancelled between December 21, 2011 and January 20, 2012, 50% of your booth cost will be refunded.

No refunds will be given for cancellations on or after January 21, 2012.
